When do I pay the ₹5,500?
At the end of the application wizard, before we start working on your case. Government fees are paid separately — we'll guide you on when and where.
What if my visa gets rejected?
We refund the full ₹5,500 Visank fee. No questions asked. Government fees are non-refundable as they go directly to the embassy.
Is there a charge for reapplying after rejection?
No. If your visa was rejected while under our care and we determine it was due to our error, we reapply at no charge.
Do you charge extra for urgent processing?
No. The ₹5,500 covers standard processing. If the embassy offers a paid priority lane, that fee goes to them — not us.
Are there any other fees?
None from us. You'll pay the government fee (visa fee + VFS biometric charge) directly at the centre or online to the embassy. That's it.
